The Best of 2016.
You will have to accept my sincere apologies for being slightly late to the party with this blog. It’s been a crazy/tiring few months, but I’m ready to get back to blogging some amazing weddings and what better one to start with than the BEST of last year?! 2016 was quite a crazy year for us – we had an incredible year for weddings, shooting at some beautiful venues with our gorgeous couples! We shared Easter weekend with the new-born lambs at Hornington Manor, witnessed an epic giant tipi wedding complete with twinkly lights and fire pits and got lost in the woodlands down south – check out the tree house pics below.
It has been a truly remarkable year; we have laughed, cried and honestly loved every minute. I won’t go on too much, but let’s just say it was a tough old job narrowing down my favourites from last year so sit back, make a cuppa and enjoy our round up of 2016…
Here goes!
Lets begin with a year of epic wedding venues – including Utopia at Broughton Hall Estate, The Woodlands, East Riddlesden Hall and Hornington Manor and Farm. Scenic views, giant tipi’s and fire pits – we’ve seen it all. And did I mention twinkly lights?!
The bridal prep was on point…
I got to spend all day with the most beautiful couples, whisking them away to capture some truly special moments!
There were some epic confetti moments! And we made sure we stayed to capture all the sparkler exits and glitter bombs…
The group shots were all kinds of crazy beautiful last year!
And from the new to the old – some of the best moments are the ones of children carelessly enjoying themselves. I also had to include a few cheeky and yet adorable one’s of the elders showing us how it’s done!
There has been a fair few occasions when my heart has melted.
